Profile Sync (for E-mail Typo on Local Installation)

Please complete your eBahn profile to ensure continued support. Go to and click the Member Center tab.

Log in with your e-mail address and password (click 'forgot your password' if necessary).

Once you have logged in, click Account tab and enter your first and last name, as well as the nickname of your choice
(it can be anything you like, so long as it is not previously taken). Click Save Changes.

Next click the Addresses section under the Account tab and complete this area. Click Save Changes and your profile will be complete.

Once you have completed the registration, you can sync your correct e-mail address with your online profile:

1) Click License Manager - Profile
2) Click the 'Profile & Communications Preferences' tab.
3) Select 'yes' for an Internet connection and click Next.

This should sync the PC with the existing profile and update the information on your local PC installation.

Note: If you have an incorrect e-mail address in your eBahn installation and the content has not been activated on your computer: Go to and log into the Member Center.

Complete an offline activation of your product and then perform a profile sync as demonstrated in steps 1 through 3 above.
