Other Possible Solutions
If this does not resolve the issue, please try the following.
First, go to Start>Computer (or Computer Home on the desktop) and open the C:\ Hard Drive. Take a look and see if you have multiple Program Files folders (e.g. Program Files and Program Files x86). If so, please move eBahn to the folder Program Files (without the x86). Then try opening eBahn again.
If the problem is still not resolved, please open the eBahn folder (C:\Program Files\eBahn) and look for the eztoolslib2.dll file. Please delete the file (please note that you should NOT delete the eztoolslib2.oca file). Then make sure that your User Account Controls are turned "ON." You can find directions here: https://wiki.bentleypublishers.com/x/mgA-/
Now try opening eBahn again.
