Software Support includes:

  • Updates to repair data
  • Updates to software version (eBahn Reader version)
  • Assistance with activation, or license transfers

Registration

In order to help you, you will need to have registered your product with:

  • name
  • address
  • email
  • what you purchased

If you cannot connect to the internet, you can call us at 800-423-4595 and we will fill in this information for you as part of trying to help you solve your problem.

eBahn Desktop

Support terms all begin from date of first activation for any eBahn products.

We will support ALL users (even if Support has expired) who need help Activating or Deactivating if:
a) you did not receive an Activation code via email, or
b) your hard drive crashed or was reformatted or you purchased a new computer and can no longer Deactivate on the old computer.

Current eBahn Desktop users should expect to receive (as part of their $129 purchase price):

  • 60 days telephone software support
  • 365 days email support
  • 365 days of online updates

Once Support expires, eBahn Desktop users can renew Support for individual vehicles by purchasing a eBahn Desktop Support Extension.


ePro

Current eBahn Pro users should expect to receive (as part of their purchase price):

  • 365 days telephone software support
  • 365 days "online support" (email responses to their issues)
  • 365 days of online updates

These terms are noted in the pamphlet inside the DVD case:

Once Support expires, eBahn Desktop users can re-establish Support by purchasing an ePro Annual Renewal (covers all vehicles).
Alternately, ePro users may also purchase individual platform Media Kit Support Extensions
